No evidence against Salman Khan in Blackbuck poaching case: Counsel



Superstar Salman Khan who had been charged with the killing of the protected species of Black buck besides him actors  Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam were accused of poaching two Blackbucks in the intervening night of October 1 and 2, 1998 in Kankani village near Jodhpur during the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Saath.The actor was also acussed of using arms with expired licence.

As per sources, Salman Khans counsel Hastimal Saraswat said that there was no evidence against Salman that he carried arms with expired licence in fact the case is based on untruths as "During the arguments, the officer could not give any satisfactory and conclusive replies to some very important questions I had raised,"

Today the trial had resumed in Jodhpur court and he then Additional SP and Investigating Officer Ashok Patni, who is the final witness among 16 others, appeared at the trial.

Its truly been a long time hope the case is resolve d soon and the Dabangg Khan is freed of all the controversies.
